ORA-23535: instantiating templates from multiple back ends is not allowed.
Reason for the Error
An attempt was made to set a new non-null back end database for an iAS site.
Solution
Call dbms_ias_configure.set_back_end_db procedure with null dblink. Then, call the same procedure with the new non-null dblink.
