ORA-19728: data object number conflict between table string and partition string in table string
Reason for the Error
The non-partitioned table has the same data object number as one of the partitions in the partitioned table. One can not exchange the table with the partition in this case.
Solution
Use “alter table move partition” command to move the offending partition, so that the partition will get a new data object number. Retry the operation then.
