    ORA-19529: Pattern string in initialization parameter string has an Oracle Managed Files file name.

    Reason for the Error

    An attempt was made to convert a database file name to an Oracle Managed Files file name using DB_FILE_NAME_CONVERT or LOG_FILE_NAME_CONVERT initialization parameter. This was not a valid operation.

    Solution

    Retry the operation with a pattern template instead of a full Oracle Managed Files file name.
