ORA-16832: user-configurable fast-start failover initiated: shutting down
Reason for the Error
The broker initiated a fast-start failover to the target standby database because a user-configurable condition was detected on the primary database. In addition, the broker shut down the primary database.
Solution
Correct the problem on the old primary database that caused the broker to initiate a fast-start failover, then reinstate the old primary database.
