ORA-16822: new primary database not yet ready for standby database reinstatement
Reason for the Error
The new primary database, as a result of a logical standby database failover operation, had not fully completed the failover operation. An attempt to reinstate a disabled standby database could not be completed until failover completed on the new primary database.
Solution
Wait until the failover operation has completed on the new primary database. Then retry the reinstate operation.
