Reason for the Error
The DG_CONFIG attribute of the LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG parameter can only be used if the DB_UNIQUE_NAME parameter has been explicitly defined.
Solution
Explicitly define a valid DB_UNIQUE_NAME.
