ORA-16069: activation identifier mismatch
Reason for the Error
Redo transport failed because the activation identifier of the primary and physical standby databases did not match. This can happen if the physical standby database was not created from a backup of the primary database.
Solution
Create a valid configuration and re-try the failed operation.
