Reason for the Error
An archive log destination parameter has specified a remote destination with the SERVICE keyword. Remote archival of REDO log files has been disabled for this database. The associated archive log destination has been disabled.
Solution
If appropriate change the archive log parameter to specify a local destination with the LOCATION keyword or (if appropriate) set the REMOTE_ARCHIVE_ENABLE parameter to TRUE, or enable the SEND attribute of the LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG parameter and restart the database instance before further REDO log file archivals occur.
