Reason for the Error

Window name passed to DBMS_AUTO_TASK_ADMIN.ENABLE procedure must be a member of the MAINTENANCE_WINDOW_GROUP.

Solution

Make the window a member of the MAINTENANCE_WINDOW_GROUP and retry the call.
