Reason for the Error
One or more files created by DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPLAY.PROCESS_CAPTURE were missing.
Solution
Process the workload capture using DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPLAY.PROCESS_CAPTURE and then retry the command.
