    ORA-15332: ASM proxy instance cannot connect to an ASM server

    Reason for the Error

    The ASM proxy instance could not find an ASM server to connect to during startup.

    Solution

    Verify that an ASM server instance is running and accessible in the cluster and restart the proxy instance.
