    Reason for the Error

    both STORE IN and clauses were specified in a CREATE TABLE|INDEX, or ALTER TABLE ADD|SPLIT PARTITION or ALTER TABLE MERGE PARTITIONS command for a Composite Range partitioned object

    Solution

    Remove one of offending clauses
