Reason for the Error
The user attempted to update an attribute element that cannot be modified. The only string attributes that can be updated are MODULE, ACTION, PARSING_SCHEMA_NAME, PRIORITY, and OTHER.
Solution
Adjust the attribute name and retry the operation.
