ORA-13287: can’t transform unknown gtype
Reason for the Error
A geometry with a gtype of <= 0 was specified for transformation. Only a gtype >= 1 is allowed.
Solution
Check the Oracle Spatial documentation for SDO_GTYPE values, and specify a value whose last digit is 1 or higher.
