Oracle Error Message
ORA-09913: Malloc of dummy name failed.
Reason for the Error
ORACLE was unable to allocate memory for the user name that is to to be used in the encryption of the user’s password.
Solution
Check the UNIX error number. It is probable that the system has run out of memory. If there is no error, contact ORACLE support.
