    ORA-09716: kslcll: Unable to fix in-flux lamport latch.

    Reason for the Error

    One Oracle process died while still holding a lamport latch.

    Solution

    Exit (kill) all Oracle user processes. Shutdown (abort) and restart Oracle RDBMS kernel.
