ORA-08451: invalid specification of DB in picture mask
Reason for the Error
The DB suffix was incorrectly specified in the picture mask parameter passed to a UTL_PG conversion routine. The DB suffix can only appear at the end of a picture mask.
Solution
Correct the picture mask parameter.
