Reason for the Error
TLI could not find service information for the specified service name.
Solution
If you specified the service name on the command line or with the environment variable TLI_SERVER, make sure you specified it correctly. If the service name is not in the SERVICES file for your protocol, ask your system adminstrator to add it.
