ORA-06252: NETNTT: cannot open address file
Reason for the Error
The NTT two-task driver could not open a file containing address information.
Solution
Make sure that the ORACLE_HOME environment variable has been properly set and exported. Make sure the instance you are attempting to connect to is actually up and running.
