ORA-06117: NETTCP: unable to create ORASRV: quota exceeded
Reason for the Error
The host’s SQL*Net TCP/IP server was unable to create the ORACLE server process because of quota depletion.
Solution
Increase quota allocations to the SQL*Net TCP/IP server process.
