ORA-01638: parameter string does not allow ORACLE version string to mount cluster database
Reason for the Error
The recovery compatible parameter is set too low to allow this software version to mount in cluster database mode.
Solution
Either use an earlier software release or advance the recovery_compatible parameter. If this happens when no recovery_compatible parameter has been specified then set it to the current software release.
