Oracle Error Message
ORA-01223: RESETLOGS must be specified to set a new database name
Reason for the Error
The SET database name option was specified to CREATE CONTROLFILE, but RESETLOGS was not specified. The database name can only be changed when opening the database with RESETLOGS.
Solution
Either add the RESETLOGS option or drop the SET option to CREATE CONTROLFILE.
