    ORA-00062: DML full-table lock cannot be acquired; DML_LOCKS is 0

    Reason for the Error

    The instance was started with DML LOCKS set to zero, but the statement being executed requires a full-table lock (S, X, or SRX).

    Solution

    Restart the instance and re-enter the statement after setting DML LOCKS to a non-zero value.
