NZE-28859: SSL negotiation failure
Reason for the Error
An error occurred during negotiation between two processes as part of the SSL protocol. This error will occur if the two sides to the connection do not support a common cipher suite.
Solution
Configure each process so they support a common cipher suite. Then attempt the connection again. If error occurs again, enable tracing and retry the connection. Then contact Oracle customer support with the trace output.
