    LFI-00109: Unable to open file [string][string]. string.

    Reason for the Error

    Either: the process does not have the proper access rights to open the file the file is already open

    Solution

    Check to make sure the proper access permissions are assigned. If they are and the file still cannot be opened, then contact Oracle Worldwide Support.
