Reason for the Error
Unable to find a valid ADR base. We tried the ORACLE_BASE, ORACLE_HOME, home, and tmp directories, but none of the directories exist for read/write access.
Solution
Check the validity of the ORACLE_BASE, ORACLE_HOME, home, and tmp directories.
