    CLSGN-00169: Spawn of thread “string” failed.

    Reason for the Error

    GNS was unable to spawn a thread. This may be due to low system resources.

    Solution

    If the memory or processes in use on the system are too high, reduce one or both and restart GNS. If this is not the case, contact Oracle Customer Support.
