Few days back, Microsoft had officially launched the Visual Studio 2012 including .NET Framework 4.5 during the Visual Studio 2012 Launch event.
Most of the tools like Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 etc. were already made available for download for the Microsoft’s MSDN Users few weeks back.
Microsoft has also announced its free IDE – Visual Studio 2012 Express for Windows Desktop that lets you build traditional desktop applications in .NET and Windows APIs.
The Visual Studio 2012 Express for Windows Desktop supports languages like C#, C++ and Visual Basic.
The Microsoft’s Visual Studio 2012 Express for Windows Desktop is now available for download from the Visual Studio 2012 Express for Windows Desktop Product website.
With the release of Visual Studio 2012 Express for Windows Desktop, I am (as a Windows Phone) keen on the release of the Windows Phone 8 SDK 🙂
