As a Senior Consultant in the Workplace AI – Claude Strategy, Change & Adoption team at Capgemini, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the strategic implementation of Anthropic’s Claude technology in their workplaces. This position combines technology strategy with change management to foster an AI-enabled workforce.

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Developing a clear strategic vision for Claude’s adoption across various applications, ensuring alignment with security, data, and automation capabilities.
• Designing and executing user-centric change campaigns that address skepticism around AI and promote new working methods.
• Establishing KPIs to measure the value of AI initiatives from pilot stages to enterprise-wide deployment.
• Leading complex engagements and ensuring delivery excellence while managing risks associated with evolving technology.
• Contributing to the growth of the Claude practice by developing client relationships and mentoring team members.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI solutions, especially Claude.
• A minimum of 4 years of consulting experience.
• Proven ability to implement change management strategies effectively.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.
