VP Tech Strategy Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Technology Strategy to join our team in London. In this senior leadership position at Liberty Global, you will be instrumental in evaluating, acquiring, integrating, and growing technology businesses and assets. This role requires a deep technical understanding combined with strong commercial judgment to translate complex technology topics into clear business outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include leading technical due diligence for acquisitions and investments, assessing network infrastructure and technology risks, and shaping transaction economics through synergy identification and business case development. You will also support negotiations of technology-related agreements and oversee post-acquisition integration activities.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong expertise in telecoms infrastructure and technology operations, along with experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships. You will need to demonstrate the ability to develop business cases and evaluate investment opportunities effectively.
