Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Visual Design Editor to join their team in London, England. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract that involves designing engaging graphical assets primarily for employee communications and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphical assets for internal communications and social media.
• Develop tools, templates, and custom design projects to enhance employee engagement.
• Collaborate with various business functions such as Events, IT, and HR to ensure effective communication with employees.
• Design assets in multiple formats including HTML, digital signage, presentations, reports, and videos while adhering to established design guidelines.
• Maintain the company’s visual identity by producing reusable design guidance and assisting colleagues in creating consistent, on-brand communications.
• Explore innovative communication methods such as animation and interactive tools to engage employees.
• Transform project briefs into visual designs within set deadlines.
• Establish and manage a library of design templates and visual materials.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a design-related role within the creative industry.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with a willingness to learn new tools as technology evolves.
• Strong understanding of design principles such as color theory, layout, and typography.
• Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong time management skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a focus on follow-through.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support team members as needed.
