Join BAE Systems as an Undergraduate in Human Resources, where you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function within a dynamic and innovative environment. This 12-month placement, starting in June 2027, is based in Samlesbury/Warton, Lancashire, and offers a competitive salary of £25,900.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that people-related processes and systems operate effectively across the business. Under the guidance of experienced HR professionals, your core duties will include:
- Providing HR guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including attendance, performance, and conduct issues.
- Partnering with leaders and employees to identify workforce needs and support business objectives.
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development activities to strengthen talent capability.
- Delivering accurate HR processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Contributing to HR projects, process improvements, and inclusion initiatives that enhance the employee experience.

To qualify for this role, you must be on track to obtain at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in any subject.
