As a Technical Solutions Consultant in the Apps and Gaming sector, you will play a crucial role in managing the technical relationships with some of our largest advertising clients and product partners. Your responsibilities will include leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to utilize emerging technologies effectively for our external clients and partners. You will oversee the technical execution and business operations related to Google’s online advertising platforms and product partnerships.

Your role will involve balancing the needs of the business and partners with technical constraints, developing innovative solutions, and acting as a consultant to those you collaborate with. You will also be tasked with building tools and automating products, as well as developing product strategies and prioritizing projects and resources.

To succeed in this position, you will need to cultivate a strong understanding of the mobile ad business generation ecosystem, lead technical engagements with mobile app developers, and resolve technical escalations from clients. You will proactively develop tools and workflows to enhance support across the EMEA region and implement best practices to streamline business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem to design effective solutions for partners.
• Lead technical discussions with mobile app developers, ensuring alignment of Google’s product offerings with their business objectives to foster long-term growth.
• Address technical issues raised by clients and businesses, while creating tools, documentation, and processes to enhance support across the EMEA region.
• Identify and apply best practices to optimize business strategies, speeding up product adoption and creating a framework for partner success.
• Serve as a vital communication link between market feedback and product development, collaborating with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering teams to influence strategy and design.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as Java, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in mobile app development (iOS or Android) or knowledge of the mobile advertising industry is preferred.
• Experience with SQL and the ability to work with technical teams to resolve complex problems.
• Strong capability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
