As a Technical Business Analyst Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving digital excellence through innovative technology solutions. Your role will involve bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring that the solutions we deliver are robust, scalable, and aligned with client objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories that guide product development.
• Utilize IT Delivery Frameworks and DevOps practices to facilitate continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Conduct thorough system and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
• Manage the product roadmap, prioritize tasks, and refine the backlog in collaboration with product owners, developers, and quality assurance teams.
• Support the technical design and development of technology-based products, ensuring they meet client needs and industry standards.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in the technical design and development of technology products.
• Strong background in technical architecture and technical writing.
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI.
• Ability to work with database schemas and perform data manipulation tasks including cleaning, transformation, and aggregation.
• Experience in facilitating end-to-end delivery processes from research and solution design to development, testing, and release.
• Capability to build and prioritize an agile backlog for technical implementation.
• Adaptability to various delivery methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall.
• Interest in contributing to community development and capability growth.
