We are currently seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to join our Energy Transition & Utilities practice, which is experiencing significant growth.

Your role will involve leading major advisory, consulting, and transformation services in the nuclear sector, which includes Energy Networks, Energy Retail, Energy Central Markets, Water, and Nuclear. You will leverage our extensive experience and collaborative approach to deliver cutting-edge consulting services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-profile nuclear energy projects that support clients and the UK in achieving a sustainable energy future.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of experts across various disciplines, including civil engineering and emerging technologies.
  • Engage with clients at all levels, leading delivery teams to improve project execution and operational performance.
  • Shape strategy and drive growth for the nuclear business.
  • Manage client engagements throughout the civil nuclear lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Coach and develop junior team members, modeling company values.
  • Contribute to business development and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the civil nuclear sector, including engineering, construction, operations, commissioning, and decommissioning.
  • Excellent consulting skills, with experience in a major consulting firm or relevant industry.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to leverage networks for revenue growth.
  • Ability to drive improvement initiatives for clients based on lifecycle insights.
  • Proven success in a matrixed organization, securing support for consulting solutions.
