We are looking for a seasoned product leader to spearhead Bloomberg’s enterprise AI business, focusing on privacy, capacity management, team collaboration, and firm-level administration. As the Team Lead for Enterprise AI, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision, strategy, and pricing model that facilitates AI adoption across organizations. You will lead a team of product managers dedicated to delivering essential capabilities for firm-wide AI integration, including privacy controls, capacity management, and central administration.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting the vision and strategy for Bloomberg’s enterprise AI solutions, ensuring a cohesive approach to privacy, capacity, collaboration, and administration.
• Leading and mentoring a team of product managers, each focused on different components of the enterprise offering, while ensuring timely delivery of product features.
• Owning the commercial model for enterprise AI, including pricing strategies and revenue accountability, to support large-scale adoption by regulated firms.
• Collaborating directly with enterprise clients to understand their AI deployment strategies and translating these needs into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Defining KPIs and adoption metrics to evaluate the success of Bloomberg’s enterprise AI offerings, leveraging customer insights and telemetry data.
• Communicating the product vision, roadmap, and commercial performance to senior leadership, fostering alignment across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Sales teams.
• Expanding the enterprise AI business into new sectors, such as private credit and insurance, while ensuring compliance with firm-level privacy and governance standards.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Proven product leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI platforms, with a history of leading initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong experience in managing commercial and pricing strategies for enterprise or SaaS products.
• Hands-on experience with AI or LLM-based products and enterprise productivity platforms.
• A solid understanding of enterprise software administration, governance, and security requirements.
• Experience in authoring Product Requirement Documents and managing complex cross-functional roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills to utilize telemetry, adoption metrics, and cost data to inform product and pricing strategies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across various departments.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients to define product strategies and validate solutions.
