Join a dynamic team at RSM, one of the world’s leading networks of audit, tax, and consulting firms, as you embark on a 12-month paid placement in Tax, starting in September 2027. This opportunity is designed for undergraduates seeking to gain practical experience while contributing to real client challenges. As a member of ‘Team Tax’, you will work collaboratively in a supportive environment that encourages learning and growth.

In this role, you will:

• Engage directly with clients and colleagues from day one, participating in both compliance and advisory tasks.
• Develop expertise in UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Cultivate the confidence, judgement, and technical skills necessary to become a trusted business advisor.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance efficiency and deliver greater value to clients.

We are looking for motivated undergraduates who are ready to get involved, regardless of prior tax knowledge. To be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), or 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level).
• A predicted or obtained honours degree.
• Enrollment in a sandwich degree program or a degree that allows for a placement year.
• An existing, permanent right to live and work in the UK.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.

Please note that General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) are not accepted. Your start date will be 14 September 2027, and this date is mandatory to ensure you receive the best training from day one.
