Join a dynamic team at RSM as part of a 12-month paid placement in Tax, starting in September 2027. This opportunity is designed for undergraduates who are eager to gain practical experience while pursuing their sandwich degree. At RSM, you will work closely with clients on real challenges, developing your technical expertise and providing clear, practical tax advice.

As a member of Team Tax, you will collaborate with experienced professionals who will guide you in building confidence and delivering your best work. The team focuses on various specialist areas, including Corporate Tax and VAT, allowing you to explore your interests and find your niche.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients and colleagues from the outset, handling both compliance and advisory tasks.
• Develop expertise in UK and international tax, supported by a globally connected team.
• Cultivate the confidence, judgment, and technical skills necessary to become a trusted business advisor.
• Utilize digital tools to enhance efficiency and deliver greater value to clients.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be undergraduates who are curious, motivated, and eager to participate.
• A minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), or 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (Higher Level) is required.
• Applicants should have a predicted or obtained honours degree.
• Candidates must be enrolled in a sandwich degree program or a degree that includes a placement year.
• A permanent right to live and work in the UK is necessary.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as needed is essential.
• General Studies, AS levels, or the Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) are not accepted.
