We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Techno/Functional Analyst to join our team in Manchester. This role is pivotal in overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of Salesforce projects, particularly within the banking sector. You will work in a hybrid environment, splitting your time between company offices, client sites, and your home, though remote work will not be possible full-time.
Your Role
As a Salesforce Techno/Functional Analyst, you will shape complex Salesforce-led change programs and act as a consultative force multiplier for delivery teams. You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing business analysis outcomes across multi-team and multi-vendor environments.
- Enhancing delivery effectiveness through AI automation and modern delivery tools.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, collaborating with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Change Leads.
- Driving outcomes that are strategically aligned and ready for execution.
Your Skills
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, particularly in complex enterprise implementations.
- Strong banking and financial services domain expertise, with an understanding of regulatory environments.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and Agentforce capabilities.
- Experience leading major workstreams within large-scale Salesforce transformation programs.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex business areas from discovery to delivery.
- Strong skills in translating complex business needs into clear technology requirements.
- Experience in challenging senior stakeholders and driving decisions to resolve ambiguities.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and experience working across various teams.
