Senior Sales Operations Associate Overview

In the role of Senior Sales Operations Associate, you will have the opportunity to generate insights that enhance the Google EMEA Cloud business. Your responsibilities will include monitoring business performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and collaborating with Sales leadership on key initiatives. You will also contribute insights to the global leadership team regarding the EMEA business and work with the global Strategy and Operations team to improve processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the subject-matter expert in your areas of business, providing both short-term and long-term insights.
• Managing EMEA-wide cross-functional projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate operations and improvements.
• Designing and executing a robust business reporting cadence that delivers executive-level insights.
• Supporting Sales leadership in their key initiatives.

To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles.
• Experience in data analysis, including building reporting dashboards, writing SQL queries, and utilizing AI tools.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment and navigate ambiguity.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, particularly with executive stakeholders.
