We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Mobile Solution Lead specializing in iOS and Android to join our Experience Design & Engineering Capability Unit. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the development of innovative mobile applications, ensuring they meet high standards of performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will collaborate with top organizations in the financial services sector to design, build, and deliver mobile applications that significantly enhance customer experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the development of mobile applications and ensuring their high performance and scalability.
• Engaging with client stakeholders to understand their business ambitions and operational constraints.
• Facilitating workshops to transform challenges into actionable solutions.
• Creating and delivering architecture narratives and solution demonstrations for senior governance forums.
• Overseeing the design and delivery of mobile solutions for enterprise clients, managing end-to-end architecture.
• Defining solution context, target architecture, and integration patterns.
• Evaluating technology choices and designing secure integrations with APIs and cloud services.
• Providing architecture leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentoring engineering teams and contributing to mobile capability development.
• Leading mobile solution shaping for proposals and presentations.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Mobile Solution Architect or senior mobile technology leader in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience in leading technical teams to deliver mobile solutions.
• Strong presentation skills and a track record of communicating architecture and solution value to senior audiences.
• Deep expertise in native iOS and Android architecture, including Swift, SwiftUI, Kotlin, and Jetpack Compose.
• Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks like React Native and Flutter.
• Experience in designing API-led and cloud-enabled mobile ecosystems.
• Understanding of mobile security practices and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Ability to create clear architecture artifacts and manage project scope, estimation, and risks.
• Experience in delivering customer-facing solutions in the financial services sector is preferred.
