We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant / Manager to join our Energy Transition & Utilities practice, which is experiencing significant growth due to increased demand for advisory, consulting, and transformation services in the sector.
Your role will involve leading significant workstreams and managing client relationships while collaborating with senior stakeholders and coaching junior team members. You will leverage your consulting skills and sector experience to develop practical solutions across various areas, including strategy, operating models, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the shaping of new opportunities, contributing to solution design, delivery approach, resourcing, and commercial assumptions.
- Shape and deliver digital, data, and AI-enabled business transformation workstreams.
- Lead and manage teams to ensure high-quality delivery focused on client value.
- Contribute to the development of propositions in collaboration with our global network.
- Assist in the growth and capability enhancement of the Energy Transition & Utilities business.
- Model Capgemini’s values across internal and client relationships.
- Utilize the global Capgemini organization to drive quality delivery and client success.
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner.
Requirements
- Strong experience in consulting delivery or industry transformation within Energy & Utilities.
- Excellent consulting skills from a major consulting firm or a strong industry background.
- Commercial awareness and experience in business development.
- Proven ability to work successfully in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in proposition development and leading high-performing teams.
- Ability to collaboratively shape practical solutions for clients.
