As part of the Technology & Transformation team, you will work closely with clients to define and design innovative data and AI solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the definition and design of data and AI solutions tailored to client needs.
• Helping clients understand how to effectively utilize data and technology to achieve their business goals.
• Collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business visions into actionable plans.
• Creating strategic roadmaps for Data & AI capabilities, focusing on generating insights from data assets.
• Providing thought leadership and contributing to the development of innovative solutions.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a positive team culture.
• Contributing to proposals for new business opportunities, showcasing your expertise.
• Staying informed about industry trends and adapting to changes in data technologies.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• Significant experience in Data Solutions Architecture, including data modeling and management principles.
• The ability to translate complex requirements into functional specifications.
• A proven ability to build strong client relationships and propose effective solutions.
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in developing data architecture blueprints and presenting designs to stakeholders.
• Experience in evaluating and designing enterprise-wide systems, including cloud solutions.
• The ability to engage with Business and IT stakeholders to document outcomes for large-scale solutions.
