To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and have substantial experience in leading AI projects throughout the software development lifecycle. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Experience with cloud environments and real-time data solutions is also required.
