As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager at Google, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies that connect Google and YouTube’s advertising solutions with major brands and agencies across the EMEA region. Your expertise in integrated marketing will be essential in driving commercial growth and enhancing market perception through innovative business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include leading the regional content strategy and channel architecture across Paid, Owned, and Earned media, ensuring the EMEA communications plan is designed to create cohesive customer journeys. You will work closely with Product Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to adapt global narratives and positioning, driving EMEA campaign activations that make our B2B campaigns engaging and unmissable.
In this role, you will advocate for modern, AI-powered creative workflows within the marketing organization, promoting an AI-native ‘maker culture’ that leverages AI tools for rapid prototyping and testing of bold ideas in the market. You will also set and influence standardized measurement frameworks across all B2B touchpoints, defining clear input and outcome metrics to drive commercial performance and evaluate full-funnel impact.
As a mentor, you will guide and coach marketing managers and Product Marketing Managers across the EMEA organization, helping to build team capabilities and enhance marketing talent.
To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 9 years in brand strategy, content planning, or integrated marketing within a global or regional context. You should have experience leading multi-market campaigns across EMEA, orchestrating cross-functional projects, and utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex problems. A strong understanding of modern audience behavior, social mechanics, and local cultural contexts is essential, as is a creative mindset with skills in writing, design, video, and art direction.
