Kpler is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer specializing in Identity & Authentication to join our Engineering Application Platform team. Our mission is to simplify global trade information and provide valuable insights to empower organizations in the commodities, energy, and maritime sectors. As a Senior Engineer in the authentication team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying robust, secure, and scalable authentication and identity solutions that protect the Kpler platform and its users. Your role will support Kplerâs continual growth and ensure compliance across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, building, and deploying secure and scalable authentication and identity solutions.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing authentication systems.
- Acting as a technical authority in the authentication and identity domain.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to foster their development.
- Overseeing the end-to-end development and deployment of solutions.
- Ensuring that the team’s output meets high standards and aligns with the engineering organization’s quality goals.
You will collaborate closely with Kpler Enterprise clients, the Kpler Product organization, and the Kpler Engineering organization.
This position may be a good fit for you if you possess:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Proficiency with CIAM platforms such as Auth0 and Entra ID.
- A strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts and standards, including OAuth2 and OIDC.
- Experience with TypeScript and other technologies such as SQL and containerization tools like Docker.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, particularly CI/CD.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
