As a Senior Consultant in the Banking practice at Capgemini Invent, you will engage with some of the largest and most innovative financial institutions to facilitate their market infrastructure transformation. This role requires a proven track record in banking delivery and the ability to cultivate strong relationships to add value for both existing and new clients.

Your responsibilities will include managing and growing accounts, collaborating with leading companies to shape the future of banking, and leading workstreams on key projects. You will also identify and analyze potential issues affecting the delivery of solutions, work in cross-functional teams to improve business performance, and contribute to business development initiatives.

To qualify for this position, you should possess extensive experience in banking and consulting, with a deep understanding of various banking sectors and regulatory changes. Familiarity with technology roadmaps, digital transformation, and global payments will be advantageous. Additionally, you should have a strong background in people management and the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
