As a Senior Consultant in the Banking practice at Capgemini Invent, you will engage with some of the largest and most innovative financial institutions to facilitate market infrastructure transformations. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the growth of the Invent brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts within the Invent portfolio.
- Develop new connections and relationships to enhance business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leading financial institutions to shape the future of banking.
- Design and lead workstreams while contributing to Capgemini’s growth through effective delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues that may hinder the successful implementation of solutions.
- Work in cross-functional teams to promote continuous improvement in business performance.
- Lead business development efforts, including proposals and client pitches.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as think-tanks and whitepapers.
- Engage in personal development activities including training and certifications.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Banking and Consulting with innovative insights into the industry’s future.
- Broad knowledge of banking across various asset classes, with experience in roles such as product controller.
- Experience in implementing regulatory changes in Banking across front, middle, and back office roles.
- Familiarity with Retail Banking, Private Banking & Wealth, or Corporate Investment Banking.
- Understanding of the three lines of defense and execution of data and controls.
- Experience in developing and executing technology roadmaps in banking, including digital, AI, and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Global Payments, particularly in wholesale or retail banking.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and developing team members.
- Ability to thrive in a matrixed organization and gain support from peers for consulting solutions.
- Current or previous experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background.
