Work sponsorship available for the right candidate. Task & responsibilities Meeting minimum operational standards Staff recruitments, Train staff, prepare rosters. Manage Stock & Inventory; Determine product mix & planogram design by approving contracts.

Develop new marketing plans & policies for the business Responsible for all the operations & action in the store. Perform customer service duties, operate cash drawer, and check out area Plan & control the overall budget and achieve financial goals of the business. Motivate team members, manage staff and their supervision and maintain high standards of customer service in the store.

Ensuring health and safety policies are strictly followed by everyone and implemented where required. Negotiate with various suppliers to buy goods at the best possible price. Maintain staff work-related results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees and monitoring & appraising their job outcomes.

Product awareness to customer and staff as per the new product or promotion. Take the required step to ensure business profitability in a sustainable manner. Making a weekly budget to run the premises Qualification & experience Minimum Diploma of Business or Bachelor of Business Administration Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in a manager position Skill assessment is required for overseas applicants
