RELEX Supply Chain Planning Consultant/Senior Consultant Overview

At Capgemini Invent, we are seeking an experienced RELEX Supply Chain Planning Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial for supporting and delivering end-to-end transformation engagements, leveraging your expertise in supply chain and the Relex platform.

Your Role

You will be instrumental in helping clients design, implement, and optimize planning solutions using Relex. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging in sales and business development by shaping solution designs that align Relex capabilities with client needs.
• Contributing to RFPs and RFIs, including demos and commercial discussions.
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders in Supply Chain and IT.
• Leading workstreams in Relex implementation and optimization projects.
• Translating business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Configuring and supporting the deployment of Relex modules such as demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
• Driving integration with upstream and downstream systems, including ERP and data platforms.
• Supporting testing, cutover, stabilization, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensuring quality delivery by managing risks, issues, and timelines.
• Engaging confidently with senior client stakeholders, providing clear recommendations and updates.
• Collaborating with program leadership to align solution delivery with business outcomes.
• Translating complex analyses into clear, executive-ready outputs.
• Working collaboratively with consulting, data, and engineering teams.
• Coaching and supporting junior team members.
• Contributing to the development of Relex capabilities, assets, and best practices.
• Supporting internal initiatives such as recruitment, training, and thought leadership.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven experience in delivering RELEX implementation projects from a client, consulting, or vendor perspective.
• Strong knowledge of RELEX software modules, including Forecasting & Replenishment and Promotion Planning.
• Ability to bridge business requirements with system configuration.
• Experience working in complex, matrixed environments and collaborating across functions.
• Good understanding of supply chain domains such as demand planning, supply/inventory planning, and replenishment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Current employment in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting background.
